Type 922-520		 Cincinnati heavy duty, infinitely variable speed foundry snagging grinders are virtually "standard equipment" in the cleaning room. There is a wide choice of machines in both 12,500 and 9,500 SFPM models, with right and left hand types for the users' particular needs.

The Cincinnati Type 92 Grinder has the exclusive Snap-Trap Guard for extra safety. In the event of wheel breakage, the Snap-Trap is designed to slam shut almost instantaneously, between the operator and the wheel.

For maximum metal removal, maximum wheel life (for metal removed), Cincinnati infinitely variable speed Snagging Grinders are the answer. Their constant surface feet per minute, saves both labor and wheels.
The Cincinnati line of heavy duty, infinitely variable speed foundry grinders offers a choice of machines designed to move metal and make profits. To maintain the maximum rate of metal removal, merely keep the grinding wheel adjusted to the upper guard lip with the big 10" hand wheel.

Snap-Trap OperationSnap-Trap Snagging Grinders add a significant design for safety. Should a wheel break, the fragments of the wheel drive the Snap-Trap shut, trapping the particles of the wheel.

The adjustment of the grinding wheel to the guard lip automatically keep the wheel turning at a constant SFPM for maximum efficiency in casting cleaning.
