With Cincinnati's unique twin wheel carbide tool grinder, finish grinding is just a step away from rough grinding. You get side-by-side cup wheels, individual coolant control and individually tilting stationary tables.  Twin precision spindles, driven by a single motor, have splined shafts to allow adjustment for wheel wear or for wheel dressing without moving tables.  Both wheels rotate in the same direction and are reversible.

Coolant is introduced on each side of the wheel from under the heavy guard;  valve controls volume and delivery for clockwise or counter-clockwise wheel rotation or "off" for dry grinding.  Splash pan is integral with base, eliminating leaks, yet new wheels can be mounted in less than five minutes.

    Single Wheel - Type 812

    Type 812-201    		 The single wheel model is ideal for finishing grinding or as a diamond wheel companion to a twin wheel unit equipped with abrasive wheels.  It is "one-half" of a twin wheel grinder, complete with all the same convenience, speed and economy features.

    Type 912-306    		 This grinder features two spindles speeds to maintain optimum peripheral speed throughout wheel life.  Wheel overspeeding is controlled by a safety interlock.  Additional features include table tilt (150 above to 300 below horizontal), ball crank handle for belt tension, exhaust outlet for dry grinding and many others.
    Universal precision protractor tool guide with dresser holder
    This most useful accessory for tool grinding fits Types 812, 813 and 912 grinders and can be used with other grinders.  Universal model is adjustable 360o and can be adjusted to and away from wheel, for use with a wide range of different size tools.  "A" knob controls 360o adjustment, "B" knob controls adjustment of "C" slide. Window "L" shows direct reading angular scale.  Has slide adjustment "M" (to and away from wheel) and dresser holder with diamond nib "D".
