When handling large and/or clumsy parts, the advantages of a wide type grinder are easy to see.  The Cincinnati Type 104 combines ease of handling with well established high standards for quality and trouble-free service.  These grinders are ball bearing equipped; bearings are grease lubricated and sealed; designed for long life. Starting equipment is indicated in the chart below.  Optional eye shields and dust collectors are recommended for additional utility and safety.

Saf-T-Square Wheel Guards

These grinders are equipped with Cincinnati Saf-T-Square wheel guards.  This guard has hinged and bolted eye covers, heavy cast construction and the square design which is an important contribution to safety.  The Cincinnati Saf-T-Square guard offers additional safety over conventional designs. It is designed to meet and exceed OSHA and ANSI Standards.
